  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify services.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future appointments.

Payment Policy

  • We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
  • We do not provide refunds on services; we will resolve issues with the service itself.
  • Please request prices for any additional services you wish to receive.

Service Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction is important to us.
  • If your nails break due to a technician error within 7 days of service, please call us to schedule an appointment to fix the nails.
  • Repairs after the guarantee period will be charged accordingly.

  • Children without appointments should not be left unattended inside the salon.
